What space do we have at the Birchmeadow ??

Main hall - for a dance, for theatre, for a concert or fund-raising night, for beetle drives or bingo.

~ £7 per hour without a bar open - £14 with attached bar and bar area.
~ additional £2 per hour for disco, live music, or lighting.

Small bar area - great for a meeting or group up to about 20.

~ £5 per hour without the bar open - £8 with.

Office and Youth Rooms - each big enough for a meeting or group up to about 12 - 15.

~ £5 per hour.

And .... our large main bar could be a great space to use to host such things as jazz or folk sessions.
