Please take account of the time needed for setting up & taking down.
Facilities will be available at least 10 minutes before your booking commences.
Please vacate at the time you've booked to.

Tell us if you'll want access to the rear car park, or want to bring in caterers, or are thinking about hiring a bouncy castle, and so on.
And please give us good warning if you want the stage and/or the changing room, or the screen, the projector, our PA equipment, or the lights.

If the booking is for a party for under-18 year olds,
please give the names of three responsible adults who will be present.

music

There is no music-licence charge for private parties.

Specify how many hours you want to be covered to play live music for public performance - our music licence will cover you (the charge for this is £2 per hour).

Hirers who put on and charge admission for events (like discos) or activities that use recorded music may need to purchase a licence from PPL (Phonographic Performance Limited) whose web-page is here . Our licence does not provide cover.

By law, alcohol may be used ONLY when supplied from the licenced bar.
